Music at this year’s Clarendon Park Summer Fair kicks off at 11 am on Sunday 19th June. ArtBeat is delighted to entertain you with eleven fantastic acts including solo artists, bands, children’s performance and drummers.

Running times are approximate, but here’s the plan for the main stage at Clarendon Park Summer Fair this year.
11:00 am – Dead Question
This should wake you up! Dead Question are a Leicester-based blues, grunge and blues rock band. Check out their Facebook page for more info about the band.
11:25 am – Jim Bob from Hillbilly Jukebox
Next up is Jim Bob from Hillbilly Jukebox. If ya likes ya moonshine early in the day, this is the place to be.
11:55 am – Lippy
Lippy might just be the “loudest, funkiest, liveliest Drum and Brass band in history”. Listen out for a set of Lounge Jazz and maybe a few inappropriate covers…
12:20 pm – Dan Harrison King
Dan is a musician and film-maker. Get a taster of Dan’s music over on his YouTube channel.
12:50 pm – Bellatones
The Bellatones are a 5 piece multi-instrumental group playing folk-influenced electric rock. Their sound is a dynamic blend of timeless harmonies, melodic guitar, soaring fiddle, elegant piano, laid back bass and shimmering percussion.
1:15 pm – STARS Performing Arts
Time for the talented young stars from STARS Performing Arts to treat you to a show.
1:40 pm – Matt Henshaw

2:10 pm – Dust & Debris
Dust & Debris play a mix of covers and Les’ original songs. They describe their sound as “Rock’a’Bluesy Country Soul”.
2:35 pm – U.G.
U.G is a Songwriter/Singer/Rapper and Producer from Leicester who’s original sound mixes genres with originality. Find out more on ugstation.com.
3:05 pm – Alligatr
Alligatr are a 4 piece indie-rock band from around Loughborough area. They draw many influences from artists such as the Courteeners, the Stone Roses, Jaws, the Districts, Peace and the Strokes.
3:30 pm – Sambando
Last but definitely not least, Leicester based samba band, Sambando, play lively, Brazilian style rhythms. Check out their website for more at: sambando.co.uk.
